TPA Care is a web-based claims management platform designed for Third-Party Administrators (TPA) to streamline healthcare insurance claim verification and approval. When patients receive medical treatment, hospitals submit claim information through the system, allowing claim officers to verify eligibility, review medical records, validate coverage, and determine claim approval efficiently.

I was responsible for designing workflows and user interfaces that help claim officers process complex claim information with greater speed and accuracy. The system consolidates member eligibility, diagnosis details, medical records, billing information, claim history, and approval actions into a single workspace, reducing manual effort and supporting faster decision-making throughout the claims process.
