
A unified mobile investment platform that simplifies portfolio management and investment services across domestic and global markets.

The challenge
Before Be BEYOND, investors had to switch between multiple platforms to manage their portfolios, access account services, and complete investment-related tasks. Essential information and key features were scattered across different systems, resulting in a fragmented user experience.
Constantly moving between applications increased cognitive load, made navigation more difficult, and required users to spend more time learning where to find information and complete common tasks.
As a result, investors—especially first-time users—often experienced confusion, slower task completion, and reduced confidence throughout their investment journey.

Research
User analysis revealed that a significant portion of clients were older investors with limited familiarity with mobile investment applications. Many still relied on Investment Consultants or support channels to complete transactions and understand account-related services.

Key Insights
Users needed a clear, trustworthy, and easy-to-navigate experience that allowed them to access portfolio information, understand key services, and complete essential tasks with confidence.
Strategy
The design strategy focused on reducing friction by transforming fragmented web-based services into a mobile-first experience that feels simple, structured, and accessible for everyday investment activities.
